Would you like to honor a Veteran that served our country? Here is your chance.

You may honor any veteran, living or deceased, from any war, foreign or domestic by filling out our simple printable form. (Form will open in a new window.)

An elegant, two-line, nameplate bearing the name and branch of service for each veteran will be hung on a plaque which will be on the Memorial Wall of the Center to remember all who let freedom ring.
